Due to the nature of our products, which are made to order, we can only accept returns or exchanges if the item arrives printed incorrectly, damaged, defective, or if the size is wrong due to our error (e.g., mislabeling). Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and correct it. Important note: We cannot accept exchanges if you select the wrong model or size. Please ensure you choose the correct phone model or item size and carefully review the product details before making your purchase.

How long will it take for my product to arrive?

Answer: Our production and processing time typically takes 2 to 5 business days (on average, 3 days) to prepare and ship your order. After that, USPS delivery generally takes 5 to 7 business days to reach you. IMPORTANT: Once your package is handed over to the post office, the shipping time is in their hands, and delivery times may vary depending on external factors.

Can I cancel or request a refund after making my purchase?

Once the order has entered production, cancellations and refunds are not accepted. Please review the production times listed in the images of each listing before making your purchase. Keep in mind that after two hours from the purchase, the order enters production, and no changes can be made. Thank you for your understanding.

Use warm water and dish soap to clean spots off your pad. It's not necessary to soak the whole pad. For hard-to-clean spots use a soft-bristled brush.
