This lampshade is folded with utmost precision out of one piece of special Butterfly paper with a screen printed gradient.

The lamp gives smooth, cozy light. It is very suitable for above the dining table for everyday use or for use in your living room, bedroom or nursery.

The lampshade fits around a standard energy-saving lightbulb or LED lightbulb.
We recommend a LED lightbulb which is better for nature because there is no mercury in LED lightbulbs.

All the lampshades are CE certified in order to comply with the latest European safety standards.

These lampshades are for use with an energy-saving lightbulb or LED lightbulb only.
You can find these in any supermarket.
If you use an energy-saving lightbulb of maximum 11 Watt, then it's completely safe to use our lampshades. Compared to the lightbulbs that you are probably used to, an energy-saving lightbulb of 11 Watt is the same as an old lightbulb of 60 Watt.

The lampshades are perfect for use with energy-saving lightbulbs because the lampshades make the light warmer, more natural and cosy.
The colored paper has a stunning coloring effect on the light.

Delivery conditions

All of our models are delivered with a porcelain socket, textile cord of 3 meter length and user manual. They come in a high quality carboard box.

Installation

The lampshade is very easy to install. Just get it out of the box and slide it over your energy-saving lightbulb. It will sit perfectly on top of the socket, thanks to the folds on the inside of the lampshade.

We generally don't offer lampshades with another folding design than the lamps in our collection, but we are always open for good ideas.

Lampshades to Europe come complete with a porcelain E27 socket.
For customers in the US and Canada we supply a cable with a E26 light-bulb socket that is compatible with US standards and is UL listed.

Our standard E27 socket is compatible for all countries, except the United States, Canada, part of South America, part of Japan, Saudi Arabia.

If you are not sure if our socket is compatible with your country, you can choose the option 'without cord set'. This will calculate the costs for the lampshade only.

Also, we are happy to help you out if you need help in finding a nice porcelain socket that's suitable to use in your country.

Finally had our fixture installed. So cool! Pretty much all I had hoped for :-) (I'm a little concerned about how to clean it but I guess I'll figure it out.) Great if you're looking for something fun and unusual.

The lampshade was already folded, so you only have to unpack, get a lightbulb, and you're done! Super easy. The shipping was super-fast and the communication with the shop owner was perfect.
