As the artist, I reserve full, exclusive copyright of commissions, original artwork, and all prints created. Commissioned artwork, prints, and any shop items purchased are for personal use only. You may not authorize reproductions, share, or resell the digital or physical versions. Do not upload files to any website.

Damage During Shipping

In the event that a product purchased from Art of Heather Paul is damaged during shipment, please send a photo of the damages within 14 days of receiving the goods to artofheatherpaul@gmail.com, and I will replace the item(s) free of charge upon return of the damaged piece(s). Claims made after the 14 day period will be rejected. Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the damaged item.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are, for any reason, unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and I will consider each situation on a case-by-case basis. If it is deemed that a return or exchange is warranted, return of the item in its original condition is required before any refund can be made. The total refunded will be your order total minus the cost of initial shipping. You as the customer are responsible for return shipping charges. Digital download items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstance. Custom and Personalized Orders

In order to secure a booking and lock-in current pricing, I require an upfront 50% deposit. Payment in full can also be made if the client so chooses. Upon completion of custom order, the final payment must be paid in full prior to shipment of the artwork.

Cancellation of Custom Order

If you wish to cancel your custom order after placing a deposit, please email me at artofheatherpaul@gmail.com within 5 days to receive a full refund. After 5 days, deposit refunds cannot be made and will be retained in order to cover consultation time, mock-ups, and loss of business. Any payment made in addition to the deposit will be fully refunded. If an order is canceled after work on the custom order has commenced, I will retain the deposit plus an additional 30% in order to cover work time expended and materials used.

If your order is returned to my shop as undeliverable or return to sender, you will be given the choice to reship (you pay for shipping) or cancel/refund your order. If you choose to cancel your order, the total refunded will be your order total minus the cost of initial shipping.

This sticker is printed on vinyl and coated with a protective laminate that makes it durable and resistant to scratching, tearing, and water. While water resistant, it is NOT waterproof. These stickers are not recommended for outdoor use and are hand wash only.

Shipping is FREE via USPS with tracking, but the tracking is NOT always reliable in giving updates as your order moves along in its journey to you. The tracking number Etsy provides to you is through Pitney Bowes and is NOT trackable on USPS.com.
