Are the custom portraits hand-painted?

Yes. I do it absolutely by hand, with professional watercolor paintings and vegan brushes. You will receive an original painting. I am a proud old-school artist.

How can I be sure that the portrait you paint will look like the photo?

I am very precise in doing the paintings. In each example of my shop, if you swipe, you will see the reference photo. So you can see for yourself the level of likeness that I can achieve. During the painting process, I will be showing you photos of the different stages. Once finished, if you dislike something, tell me, as we were friends, and I will arrange whatever is necessary. My achievement is that you like it a lot.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All the custom paintings and art prints are sent rolled and protected in a rigid cardboard tube. This tube will be inside a waterproof envelope. It always arrives without any damage. JUST FOR ORIGINAL PORTRAIT PAINTINGS* I can add custom gift notes. Just ask me to do that and I will. If you want a GIFT WRAP: I will decorate the package beautifully with stickers, washi tape, cute stamps, and I will hand-letter the address there. People usually like a lot :) * I can not do this with art prints because I use a provider who prints and sends the posters to me, so I can not do these customizable gift options.

DHL International shipping. Is it secure?

Since 2012, I have been handling international shipments without any problems. Don't worry about international shipping. I do it 3-4 times a week and it works perfectly. Never has a package been lost.

Custom portraits shipping time: REALLY FAST :)

The service I use is DHL Express and needs: - 1-3 business days to deliver a package to Europe - 1-2 business days to deliver a package to Spain - 3-6 business days to deliver to another country This service has a tracking number and insurance and works very well. The delivery is always in person (Requires a amndatory signature) I can not send it to a P.O. BOX.

International shipping: Do you have to pay customs/duty taxes??

No. But there are 2 exemptions: 1- US customers: from August 31st, 2025: there can be some fees to pay; this will be covered by the customer. If you order art prints, there are no fees to pay because my provider is a US one. But if you order an original painting, it can be something to pay. Until the moment I have sent several original paintings, and nobody has paid a dollar. In fact, art has no fees to pay, but my DHL agent tells me that sometimes it will. 2- Canadian customers: The receivers always have to pay a customs shipping cost to receive the packages. Folding or wetting it would irreparably damage it. Exposing it to direct sunbeams would make it lighten slowly over time, as well as any kind of original painting should be protected, and be hung in an area where the sun's rays do not touch the surface directly. I apply a matte and transparent archival varnish for watercolors. The varnish has the ability to seal and hold the pigment and binder in place on the paper

All portraits are hand-painted with watercolor on cold pressed watercolor paper (not on canvas).
They are hand-signed (you can decide where).

The original photo could be black and white or color. High-resolution photos allow me to see the finest details. I can put together in one composition different people of different photos.

In the background, I usually paint watercolor stains, some gradient effect or a galaxy background. To paint that has not an extra cost. Also no cost for add a text like "I love you" "Happy anniversary" or something like that with cool letters.

Natilles was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I had a last minute request as a gift for my bf's birthday. Because I needed it too soon Natilles offered to send me a video for him to introduce herself and let him know she was working on his painting. He was amazed at how sweet and thoughtful this was. So much better than me just saying "sorry, your gift will be here next week babe" The video was wonderful - in it, Natilles showed me her studio, and her sweet pup, Lupito (sorry if I spelled that wrong!)! Once Natilles started the painting, we got updates with the progress. I have never experienced such wonderful customer service. Oh and my bf LOVED the painting. It came out BEAUTIFUL. We are taking it to a professional framer in town. I will update with a photo once we receive it back. Thank you Natilles for EVERYTHING!
