HOW MANY DECALS WILL I RECEIVE: There are 29 individual decals to 1 sheet. Price is for 1 sheet of decals.

YOUR WALL COLOUR: These decals are displayed on a white or off white coloured wall. We unfortunately cannot guarantee what these decals will look like on a coloured wall. Should you be considering placing them on a coloured wall, please reach out to me via a message and I can advise you if they would be suitable before purchasing.

APPLYING YOUR DECALS: Simply peel and stick your decals to the wall or if you’d like to plan out where to place them I suggest cutting the decal out first and then tacking it lightly to the wall with some tape. Then you can move the decals around till you create your desired affect, then simple peel and stick your decals to the wall. When applying it's important to apply them to a clean surface, no dust, that is relatively smooth like a standard bedroom wall. These decals can also be applied to furniture!

In the unlikely event that your decals start to peel off the wall this can be due to the type of paint used on the wall. Please reach out to me via messages and I’m more than happy to send you a replacement with slightly strong adhesion or organise a refund.

Please note these decals are matte but in certain light or with certain lighting angles you may see a sheen to the decal.

These are single use decals, they are not designed to be removed and moved multiple times. If you want to readjust your decals removing them straight after applying them is recommended. After 24 hours the adhesive starts to activate to ensure the decals stay nice and strong on the wall.

These decals are printed on a transparent clear background. There will be a small clear edge around the decal. This edge will blend in with the wall but maybe visible depending on the paint tone colour of your wall.

PAINTWORK: These decals are easy to apply and will not damage your wall or paintwork!

REMOVAL: Should you need to remove your decals completely from the wall, we recommend running a hair dryer briefly over the decals to help soften the adhesive to make them easier to remove. Your decal will not leave any adhesive residue once removed but on a rarity it does leave anything this can simply be removed with a standard adhesive remover such as a citrus cleaner.

SHIPPING & TRACKING YOUR DECALS: Our decals are made to order so they are dispatched 5-7 business days after ordering. Shipping times vary depending on country and postal service etc. Please note Etsy will give a delivery estimate which can change based on dispatching times and the postal service. You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped. Should there be a delay with your order or it never arrives we will likely reach out to you as we keep a track of all orders but feel free to reach out to us if you have concerns about delays or your orders arrival.

From time to time decals may arrive with some signs of mishandling such as very slight creases etc but our decal material is designed to withstand any denting or creasing so if your decals do arrive with any dents due to any mishandling from the postal service please note once placed on the wall your decals will be fine, they will not show any signs of dents or creasing etc. If on the off chance they do show signs of creasing on the wall or you have any other issues with your decals please do reach out to me and I’m more than happy to send you a replacement or process a refund.

CANCELLATIONS: We offer a 24 hour cancellation policy. So if you would like to cancel your order please do so within the 24 hours of making the order. After 24 hours your order will be processed and your decals will start to be made.

REFUND & RETURNING YOUR DECALS: Should there be a defect or you are just not happy with your decals in any way please reach out to us, we are more than happy to resolve the issue for you.
