Beautiful, substantial blouse. One thing to note is that the sleeves are really long - way past my fingertips. This may be a design concept, but I didn't realize it at the time of order. Shipping gets a 3 out of 5, because of a third-party, in-country (USA) shipper changed the tracking label/number, which caused a month-long delay, and I could not actually track the item. Hailey was very responsive and quite concerned about the sleeve length, and is very customer-focused. It's that sort of quality that matters today. I will buy from them again and again.
