Processing & Shipping Info

Please allow 2-10 business days for production. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location, mail carrier, and holidays. Delivery dates are only estimates. Delays can happen and are outside of my control. Please place your order well in advance to help avoid any shipping-related stress. + + + RUSH DELIVERY: Rush production and/or expedited shipping may be available depending on the item(s) being ordered. Please message me before placing your order to discuss your timeline. :)

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom requests are happily accepted! Just let me know what you're looking for and I'll do my best to make it happen for you! :) IMPORTANT: I review all custom orders within 24 hours. If anything is missing or needs clarification, I’ll reach out through Etsy messages (please make sure your notifications are turned on). If I don't hear back within 48 hours, I'll either move forward using the details provided so your order stays on schedule or, if I'm unable to confidently complete the design, I may need to cancel the order instead. Please note that once an order has been submitted for production, changes can no longer be made. Proofs are available upon request, but please note that requesting one may slightly delay your order.

Will all of my items arrive at the same time/in one package?

Our products ship directly from our production partner. Because of this, if your order contains multiple types of items (example: a t-shirt + a tote), those items will ship out to you separately. If your order contains an embroidered item and a non-embroidered item, those products will ship out separately.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items purchased. You can check your estimated shipping fee by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and then entering your shipping address + any other necessary information. The exact shipping fee will be automatically updated and displayed on the checkout page.

All of my items are made to order, and for this reason I cannot accept returns or offer exchanges. However! If there’s ever an issue with your order (e.g., it arrives damaged), please contact me ASAP so I can take care of you the best I can!ㅤ Before checking out, please double check that your saved address is your current address; I'm unable to offer refunds for items going to the wrong location. No returns for spelling or personalization errors on customizable items such as bachelorette shirts, can coolers, etc. Returns for EU Customers Only: In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, buyers located in the EU have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
