Can I return a purchase?

Due to the nature of the listings we cannot accept returns on digital items. Please check the requirements of your programs/cutting machines before purchasing.

Custom and personalized orders

- Double click on the folder to open it - Click on the file you need - Click extract at the top. This will make a copy of the file and put it on your computer. Most computers send the files to the downloads folder - Upload your extracted file to your program

Sometimes files become corrupt during the download process. Just delete the files, and go to your Purchases page from the Etsy homepage to download the files again. If you are still experiencing a problem please message me and I will be able to help you.

5. You can also download the video from the link and watch it directly on your TV through your mobile using Chromecast, Airplay, etc. Share the video with your family and friends via WhatsApp, iMessage and Email.
6. Video download links remain active for 2 months; you need to download within that time.
