Shipping took a lot longer than expected, received a shirt that was not what was ordered/ specified. Seller messaged back pretty much saying it was my fault my problem. Will donate shirt!

Hi Autumn, I’m sorry to hear you were disappointed. Your order was shipped on time, so unfortunately, any delay in delivery due to USPS is out of my control. For clarity to future buyers, this item is listed and shown as a Craven Pamlico Animal Services shirt, and the logo appears in all listing photos of the front of the shirt. In your order, “no name” was entered in the personalization section, which removes the name but does not indicate removing the front logo. Because of this, the shirt was made as shown and described. I’m always happy to accommodate custom requests, including a blank front, but those must be clearly requested at the time of purchase. Please feel free to message me before ordering so I can ensure you get exactly what you want.
