How to care for your jewellery

I strongly advise keeping your new jewellery away from water, perfumes or harsh chemicals, which can prevent your items from staying in perfect condition. Please don't sleep or exercise in your jewellery!Please understand that I cannot be responsible for the condition of any items in circumstances where jewellery is not kept within this guidance.

Where is my tracking number?

Standard shipping does not include a tracking number. If you purchased a shipping upgrade i.e. international tracked and signed, the you will receive your tracking number in your dispatched email. I am responsible for lost or late parcels with standard delivery - however if you have any problems, please contact me so I can help resolve your issue.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All our items are delivering in a special gift box which is pretty cute, but if you wish we offer gift wrapping with an extra cost. ♥

Delivery time within Europe is usually 1-3 working days and international orders can take between 1-7 working days to reach their destination.
