What are the care instructions for all clothing items?

All clothing items should be washed INSIDE OUT and on a DELICATE washing cycle. Tumble dry on LOW or hang to dry. Do not iron the decoration (printed area).

What are the care instructions for the glass tumblers?

The glass tumblers can only be washed by hand. Putting them in the dishwasher will unfortunately cause the design to come off almost immediately. Be sure to thoroughly dry the wooden lid as well.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, absolutely! We love working with customers to create something totally unique! Just message us, and we will happy to help you personalize any item in our shop.

I want a different brand or style of t-shirt than what's listed. Is this possible?

In most cases, absolutely! We have access to many different t-shirt brands, including Bella + Canvas, Gildan, and Comfort Colors. We can also print on v-necks, long sleeve shirts, and tank tops. Just message us, and we'll be happy to help!

What kind of printing does your print provider use?

All our garments (shirts, sweatshirts, etc) are printed using "Direct To Garment" or DTG printing. This is a method where a printer directly applies the ink onto the shirt with inkjet technology. The specialty inks are directly absorbed by the fibers of the garment- allowing my designs to be vivid and detailed on any shirt color! DTG does not peel or easily fade as long as care instructions are followed. (See FAQ for details on how to wash your items correctly). DTG printing has a slightly different texture than screen printing and you'll still be able to see the individual fibers in the shirt compared to a screen print where the print dries on top of the fibers.

I have a problem with my item. What should I do?

Please message us as soon as you realize there's an issue with your item, and we will work with you to make it right! Although rare, our print provider does sometimes have print mistakes, in which case, we can immediately send out a replacement. All we'll need is picture proof to send to our print provider. Our goal is to make sure our customers are more than satisfied, so we will do all we can to ensure you're happy with your purchase!
