Returns from non-EU countries

All customs charges, handling costs and/or VAT charges applied upon entry in the EU are the responsibility of the buyer. To items returned to Belgium from a non-EU country a 21% VAT rate will be applied by Customs on the value of the item (value = item cost + shipping cost). To try and avoid this charge, please mark the parcel as "Return of Goods" and accompanied by the original invoice/packing slip in addition to any other customs documents. Please consult your local post office. NB Regardless of the parcel being marked as Return, customs may still apply the VAT charge in addition to a handling charge by the local Post Office. This is outside of our control.

Returning items, packaging

Returned items that are damaged in transport can not be refunded. Please make sure to package any returns adequately.
