What materials do you use?

Our necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and charms are crafted using high-quality metals, including PVD 18k gold-plated stainless steel, silver-plated stainless steel, and dark silver stainless steel — depending on your chosen finish. We also use genuine materials such as natural gemstones, freshwater pearls, and shell. Our gemstone charms are wire-wrapped with either 925 sterling silver or 14k gold-filled wire. All of our pearl bracelets are made exclusively with 14k gold-filled or 925 sterling silver components for lasting quality and shine.

Are your gemstones and pearls real?

Yes — all gemstones and pearls are authentic and natural, which means subtle variations in colour, shape, or texture are expected and embraced. These small differences are part of each charm’s uniqueness. If you’re after something specific (e.g. lighter or darker stones), feel free to leave a request — I’ll always do my best to accommodate if available.

How should I care for my jewellery?

To keep your jewellery looking its best: • Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfume, and chemicals • Store in the branded ziplock bag or a dry jewellery box when not in use • Gently wipe with a soft cloth after wear Our stainless steel pieces are the most low-maintenance — designed to resist tarnishing and stay looking fresh over time.

Can I customise my order?

Yes. Most pieces are made to mix, match and layer — allowing you to build something that suits your style. You can combine different charms and bases, or request specific combinations. If you have something particular in mind, message before ordering and I’ll be happy to help.

What is your returns / exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in resalable condition. To arrange a return or exchange, please message us to receive the return address. Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund or exchange promptly and get into constant with you to confirm.

Will my charm look exactly like the photo?

Metal charms are made to be consistent and will match the listing images exactly. • Gemstone and pearl charms are made using natural materials — so each piece will have its own unique tone, size, and shape. I always photograph typical examples to reflect the general look and quality you can expect.

What is your processing and delivery time?

Orders are usually made and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Larger or custom orders may take slightly longer, but I’ll always keep you updated. UK Orders: Free standard delivery takes 2–4 business days (not tracked). If you need your order sooner or want tracking, please select an upgrade at checkout. International Orders: Standard delivery takes approximately 7–28 business days depending on the destination. This service is not tracked. For faster or tracked shipping, please select an upgrade at checkout.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All orders come carefully wrapped in a soft, branded ziplock pouch with a handwritten note. You can also upgrade to a premium Essnce jewellery box at checkout for a more elevated gift presentation.

A very beautifully crafted charm. Delivery took a little longer than expected but this was entirely due to current delays with the Welsh postal system. I would definitely order this again and would highly recommend it.
