We collaborate with trusted printing partners all over the world to avoid duty fees and ensure a smoother shipping process. These include facilities in the US (primarily Texas), the UK (England), the EU (Germany), Canada (Ontario) and Australia (Queensland). When you place an order with us, we will choose the printing partner closest to you to fulfill your order.

Do you offer refunds?

Since all of our products are made to order, we do not normally offer refunds for issues such as wrong sizing or color. Please make sure to choose your size and item color carefully. However, if there is an issue with the quality of your item or you are unhappy with it in any way, please send us a picture and we will refund you or have a replacement sent your way ASAP.

I put in the wrong address by accident. What do I do?

Send us a message as soon as you can, and we will change the address for you. Orders are normally sent to print within 24 hours, and your address can be change within this time frame.

It was just as cute as I expected! I’m very happy with the print quality, too. I’m 157 cm tall and chose a size M. My husband is 174 cm and slim, and he was also able to wear the M size. The seller was very kind, and I felt completely comfortable shopping with them.
