LMQ was decent but Mack was/is not a good likeness. Shipped 3 days after ordering while providing fully transparent notes on circumstances needing a delivery by X/XX date and arrived after the party.

Response from Lena

Client ordered on Friday and it was shipped out the following Monday. Order was shipped out on time and they received it on time- client is misrepresenting the situation. Everything is made to order with love and I do my best to make sure all orders go out on time.
