Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

We do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests as soon as possible, through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

ItJustClicks3D is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier, it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department. Please keep in mind Etsy's estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed by shipping services, Etsy, nor our shop. Actual delivery times are subject to inclement weather, shipping volume and other factors beyond our control.

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for re-shipment fees and charges.

My fidget is difficult to move, is it faulty?

3D printed items can be affected by temperature and humidity during shipping and at its final destination. This can be more noticeable in products with moving parts, as they may be stiff or difficult to fidget with initially. Movement typically improves with use and movement. If it persists, please reach out to us!

Are all 3D printed products of comparable quality?

Production quality can be affected by many factors, such as printer, design, user experience, and print settings. We are proud to produce consistent quality prints. We also visually inspect and check moving parts for all finished products before shipping, as quality is important to us!

One of my new favorite fidget toys. I love the colors and the size lots. I choose mine to be silent, but if I click it a certain way it makes quite bubbly (?) sound that I find to be really satisfying. I would recommend these!
