Refunds & Cancelations Policies
All our products are Made-to-Order, meaning time and resources are allocated as soon as an order is placed. Because of this, refunds or cancellations may not include a full refund if work has already begun on your order.

If your item has already been delivered, we may require the customer to cover the return shipping costs before a refund is issued. Refunds will be processed once the item is returned in its original condition.
