What tools do you use to make your cards?

Depends, sometimes it's charcoal pencil or pen, sometimes it's my tablet where I like to mess around in ProCreate or Illustrator. From there I use a vector program to turn my art into digital work so that the quality stays high, add some effects and voila!

Do you use Print on Demand services?

No, all of our products are printed in-house, literally.

What are you card sizes, and details?

Cards are A2 (4.25 x 5.5 inches), and printed on high quality 100% Cotton Stationary, 110 lb (300 gsm) unless otherwise noted.

How do you package your orders?

Everything we send is sent in BLACK! Why? So that you know the moment you open your mailbox, Your order has arrived! All letter mail orders are packaged in a larger black envelope with their respective card, envelope, and cellophane sleeve. Small orders that don't pay for upgraded shipping are sent through USPS First Class letter mail to keep costs low for everyone and provide free shipping, however sometimes that means delays, or even lost orders, if that gives you anxiety, consider using the tracked shipping options we offer. Any order valued over $20 or containing upgraded shipping will be shipped in a black rigid mailer or appropriately sized box.

How soon will my order ship? / When do you ship?

I fulfill most orders within 1-2 business days, and send orders in daily drop offs at my local USPS Post Office. Please remember I can't control USPS delivery times, I put a lot of work into fulfilling orders in a timely manner because I treat each order as if it was my own. If you can't wait up to 14 days (due to USPS) for delivery, please use Ground Advantage or Priority Shipping, it's quicker, less likely to get lost in the shuffle of mail USPS has to handle and includes live tracking.

I ship orders from the wonderful state of North Carolina!

What do you guarantee?

I guarantee that I'll get to your order as soon as possible. A reminder that once I pop your order in the mail, it’s in USPS’s hands, and while they usually do a great job, occasional delays can happen. You may receive an estimated delivery date, but please remember it’s just an estimate. While I can’t offer refunds for late arrivals, I can guarantee you’ll get your card! If it hasn’t shown up after 14 days, I’m always happy work something out, because great mail should never get lost in the shuffle! My order still says 'pre-transit/in-transit/awaiting item' after a few days, why? Have you not sent my order?

If your label has been printed, yes. Your order has been sent. Standard letter mail tracking can lag and is generally unreliable. Your order may show 'pre-transit/in-transit/awaiting item' without updates for an extended time, or never update even though your order has already long been dropped off. Rest assured, when you get a 'label printed' notification, your order is a part of my daily dropoff at my local USPS office.

My order says it was delivered, where is it?

If you're using letter mail, your order may be marked 'delivered' a day or so early because letter mail delivery is estimated, which means it's not always accurate. If this happens please consider waiting a day or two just to see if it pops up. If there's still no sign of it, please reach out, I promise I'll make it right.

Hey there! Look, I’d love to say USPS is a flawless institution, but I’m not in the business of lying to you. As good as they are, sometimes things go sideways. Here’s how I handle it:

Lost Cards: If your card hasn’t arrived after 14 business days (longer during the holiday chaos, because USPS moves at the speed of a sleepy sloth), reach out. I’ll make it right—because I’m amazing, even if USPS isn’t.

Returned Cards: If your card boomerangs back to me because you typo’d your address or forgot you moved, I’ll gladly resend it—for a $2 fee to cover postage and materials.

Damaged Cards: On the rare occasion USPS decides to play soccer with your mail, it’s frustrating for both of us. Since cards aren’t insured to keep prices affordable and accessible, snap some pics and we can work with Etsy’s Purchase Protection Program to file a case.
