Simple late 90's Y2K Black maxi length rayon velour straight skirt.
With a turndown elastic waist and deep back vent to allow movement this is an easy addition to your wardrobe.
The Black rayon has a depth of colour that makes this perfect for evening and the long lean slim silhouette is perfect for literally anything.
Lots of stretch and able to be worn lower or higher on the waist this is in excellent condition and is marked a size L.

Good condition, this has been washed and is ready to wear.
There is a minor repair to the back vent where the split has opened up. Priced accordingly.
