My standard shipping is thru Etsy and offers "tracking" through Pitney Bowes. However, this tracking is only a estimated tracking system and not a true track of your item. This is because USPS does not offer tracking on First Class Mail . Etsy's estimated arrival dates are just estimates; they are not a delivery guarantee! I can not guarantee an arrival date when shipping; I can only provide an estimated arrival time. I ship all my envelopes out the day I create my labels. USPS is known to have a lot of delays in getting mail out. I have no control over shipping delays or mail going to different cities for processing. All my labels are printed through Etsy. You can upgrade shipping to USPS Ground Advantage that will have accurate tracking.

I will message you on Etsy with proofs on all custom or personalized orders to confirm you are happy with them before I make the decal(s). If I do not hear from you within 48 hours, I will go ahead and make your decal(s) as I see them looking best and then ship them out. If you do not give all information when purchasing a custom or personalized decal, I will message you with questions. Not putting all the information needed to make a custom decal in the personalization box when purchasing can cause processing delays. I will send a printed receipt with all this information on it. If you are unhappy with the design after receiving it, please message me so we can work something out.

Are your decals waterproof or removable?

I offer 2 different types of listings for my decals. One will be made from premium permanent vinyl that is made to last! Permanent vinyl may damage painted surfaces and walls. I also have listings just for premium removable vinyl that is more for indoor projects, like walls, windows and other decor since it is easily removed. I currently any testing the removable vinyl on my car and it is holding up great thru car washes and a ton of rain! Be sure to read the listing descriptions thoroughly before purchasing!

Why can't I see my tracking on USPS.com?

USPS.com will not show any tracking information with the postage I purchase from Etsy. This is because I use small envelope s to mail my items and Etsy offers tracking from a 3rd party on First Class Mail. USPS doesn't not offer tracking on first class mail items. You will have to visit https://parcelsapp.com/en/carriers/pitney-bowes for tracking information. I do offer USPS Priority Mail as an upgrade and that postage can be tracked by USPS.com

My order says Delivered, but it's not here

Sometimes USPS tracking may show 'delivered' but it could take an additional 24 - 48 hours to arrive. If still nothing has arrived after this waiting period please contact me through Etsy Messages and I'll be happy to working something out.

My tracking only says Label Created

USPS uses automated machines to scan envelopes and sometimes they miss scan or don't scan the postage purchased thru Etsy since the tracking is from a 3rd party. If your item has not arrived within 10 to 14 days please message me and I will begin a missing mail search for your envelope. If nothing turns up within a few days we can work something out.

Can I get upgraded shipping?

I offer upgraded shipping with USPS tracking numbers. I offer Ground Advantage and priority mail. The price reflects these upgrades. Tracking information will be done thru USPS vs a 3rd party source.

Why hasn't my item been delivered?

I am not responsible for mail lost by carrier, but you can contact me on Etsy and I can see what I can do. If it has been 14 days since you purchased your item, please message me on Etsy and I can do a missing mail search for you envelope. This is not always guaranteed for your item to be found. After 48 - 72 hours of a missing mail search and there is no tracking update or item has not been delivered, we can work something out.

Custom and personalized orders

Just message me with what you are looking for and I will be happy to work with you and make revisions until we come up with a design you love. Custom designs have NO design fees, or deposits required. Creation time may vary depending on the number of custom orders I am currently working with.

Wrong item was received

Please message me first if you believe I made a mistake. I will fix these for free. Some of my listings contain multiple options in one listing. Please view the options photo to choose which one you would like. The cover photo doesn't always mean option A or option 1.

Decals are custom-made from high-quality outdoor, self-adhesive vinyl. They can be applied to any surface, such as water bottles, car windows, laptops, notebooks, etc. They can be applied to most smooth, flat surfaces, but are not suitable for walls. *Permanent vinyl will not stick to silicone!

CARE:
For best results, allow the adhesive to cure for 24 hours. Because some areas may be delicate (dots, thin lines), it is not recommended to place them on high-contact areas.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Clean the application surface and allow it to fully dry.
2. Carefully peel off the white backing paper from the decal.
(Only the decal and transparent transfer tape layer should remain.
3. Align the decal and carefully place it on the desired surface.
4. Use a credit card to smooth vinyl onto the surface and press your decal in place.
5. Once the decal is fully adhered to the surface, slowly peel away the clear transfer tape layer from the corner.

SHIPPING:
At this time, I am seeing delays in the Pitney Bowes shipping service, with delivery times of 7 to 14 days or more when sending envelopes. USPS can not track Pitney Bowes. Pitney Bowes uses USPS scans for its tracking services, specifically through its TrackMyMail solution, to provide predicted in-home dates and recipient-level reporting, including initial USPS scans with timestamps and postal facility names. Hence, tracking is not always accurate. Please message me first if your decal hasn't arrived after two weeks.
You can upgrade shipping to USPS Ground Advantage for USPS-tracked delivery when checking out.
