Gift wrapping and packaging

⭐All my jewels and creations are shipped in simple, romantic kraft boxes completed with washi tapes, ribbons and other cuties, ready to be gifted. ⭐You can choose the "gift wrapping" option by paying an extra to receive a special gift wrapping.

For necklaces and bracelets you can select the length in centimeters. For rings you can choose the US size. For doubts just ask me and I'll let you know as soon as possible.

It is possible to order wholesale at a special price, for particular events like weddings and other.

When can I ask for a refund?

There are several situations where you can decide to ask for a refund: ⭐Package unclaimed at the postal service. If you forget to pick up your package it will stay deposited to your local postal office for a specific time, then it will be returned to sender, and this depend by you. In this case, you can ask for a partial refund for the price of the jewel/jewels purchased. Shipping costs are not refundable. ⭐Order not shipped yet. Request cancellation within 24h of purchase. ⭐Package lost. After assured the package is lost by the postal service, you'll obtain full refund or replacement at my expense. ⭐There are a number of cases that we can discuss together, so don't worry and contact me first, we will find the best solution!:)

IMPORTANT: Effective August 29, 2025, there will no longer be a de minimis exemption for goods entering the United States, which means more items shipped to the US may now be subject to tariffs. Shipments to US are regular with private couriers, but when a package arrives in the US, Customs may contact the buyer for paying small tariffs, import duties and taxes. Be aware of this when ordering.

DHL, UPS and FedEx are not able to ship to P.O.Box or APO/FPO, so please leave a physical address for delivery. Remember to leave your PHONE NUMBER required by courier for an easier delivery.

DHL and other private couriers require phone numbers, why?

⭐ I ship via private couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) to many countries around the world, and these couriers require receiver's phone number. This is useful in case of necessity to contact the receiver (wrong/incomplete adrress, receiver not at home etc.) and it is also useful for the receiver to customize the delivery, such as to authorize delivery without signature or for other delivery options. Please, be sure to leave your phone in your note of order or check your Etsy convo because I always contact my customers asking for their phone numbers to leave to couriers. Thank you! ⭐

Chain Types: Gold Plated, Gold Filled or Vermeil Gold?

⭐GOLD PLATED has a base of some other metal, such as brass, covered with a thin layer of gold with electroplating. It can tarnishes easily. ⭐VERMEIL GOLD is sterling silver electroplated with a thin layer of gold, at least 2.5 m. It can tarnishes. ⭐GOLD FILLED has a much thicker layer of gold over the base metal. This makes a big difference in terms of the jewelry’s ability to resist wear and tear long term. A thick layer of gold is bonded to another metal, usually brass. The gold layer is 5% of the total weight. Gold-filled jewelry is a great economical alternative to solid gold. If taken care of, it can last as long as solid gold and won’t tarnish or rub off; however, gold-filled jewelry does require more maintenance than solid gold.

To ensure that packages are delivered quickly, I'm working non stop on making your jewelry and doing my very best to ship it out asap, but for all the orders placed after Dec. 7 I can't 100% assure delivery in time for Christmas, couriers are experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability. This choker necklace is inspired by the myth of Eros and Psyche told in Apuleius' Metamorphoses.

The myth tells of the love between Psyche, a mortal of brilliant beauty, and Eros, who appears to her only in the darkness of the night. Discovered at the instigation of her envious sisters, her identity, she is forced, before being able to reunite with her divine consort, to carry out a series of tests, at the end of which she will obtain immortality.

The necklace is composed of a 14k gold-plated stainless steel chain and 14k gold-plated brass components and cubic zirconia crystals, a feather that symbolizes Eros' wings, his bow, a rose to indicate Psyche's beauty, a butterfly, an animal associated with her, two glass hearts and a star, which represents the night but also the light of revelation, supported by a hand with a heart.
