-Done via Direct to Garment printing (NO vinyl or heat transfer). Print is directly printed onto the apparel and soaked INTO the fabric. Resulting in high quality, long lasting product. *PLEASE NOTE: avoid ironing, using high heat, and dry cleaning products*.

1. The photos provided are mockups only. Some mockups are made using AI (and are labeled) to help add more diversity, eye catching scenes, and character to the canvas for the designs to be showcased. All mockups, whether human or AI, are done by me (Alyssa) to ensure the design is accurately displayed. Some designs may appear larger on the mockup. The color, print or placement of the design may differ slightly when printed. All previews of items are shown in the "color" menus to show you the nature of the product you are getting as closely as possibly to the real printed version (these are from my print providers). Please note that some screens may alter the color of designs a tad, but shouldn't by too much.
2. Please refer to the sizing chart to ensure you are selecting the best size for you.
3. Each item is made to order (please allow 2 or 3-5 business days), and so we CANNOT accept returns or exchanges. If you have an issue with the product, PLEASE contact us before reviewing. We want to make sure we are made aware of any issues and try to find the best solution to any problem.
4. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery (7-14 business days during the holidays). If you order more than one item, my supplier will likely send them out separately. Please contact me if you do not receive the second tracking number!

5. If your order is lost or not received within the estimated time, please contact your local post office to report the item as lost or stolen. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by carrier.
6. CARE INSTRUCTIONS: We recommend washing inside out, delicate wash and hang to dry.
