📥 How do I download my files?

After purchase, Etsy will provide a download link. You can access your files at any time by going to: Etsy → Your account → Purchases & reviews → Download files If you’re using the Etsy mobile app, please note that downloads work best from a desktop browser.

🗂 What file format will I receive?

All clipart is delivered as high-resolution PNG files (300 DPI) with transparent backgrounds unless stated otherwise. No physical items will be shipped.

💻 The file won’t open – what should I do?

All of the downloads arrive as a ZIP file, you’ll need to extract it first. On Mac: Double-click the ZIP file. On Windows: Right-click → Extract All. If you ever have trouble accessing your files, please message me and I’ll gladly send you an alternative link.

🎨 What can I use the clipart for?

You may use the files for: ✔ Physical products (cards, mugs, shirts, planners, etc.) ✔ Digital designs for your business ✔ Social media graphics and classroom resources You may not: ✘ Resell, share, or redistribute the files as clipart or digital downloads.
