REPAIR:
We use high quality materials. Chains are delicate but strong. I wear my necklaces all the time and never take off. However, if anything bad happened with your jewelry, please let me know. We make repairs of jewelry bought in our shop.

Once jewelry are in your cart, please leave a note in the comments box with your details, eg: engraved text, font, custom length etc. We read all notes carefully and will contact you if anything is unclear.

I was incredibly satisfied with the product itself. Honestly, I absolutely love it! However, it took a month to get here from the day I ordered it and the anxiety/irritation that came with not being able to track the package after the seller initially put it in the mail, seriously diminished the thrill one I received it. It was a gift and I was incredibly disappointed I not only didn't have the gift anytime near the date needed, but I was eventually unsure I would ever actually receive it! The day it finally arrived, I had given up hope and begun looking for a similar product that I could the status of the delivery. Overall, amazing product. I am happy and the person who received it (finally) was thrilled. Just be prepared to spend multiple weeks unsure of if money was well spent!
