I have been using but will require some time to see results. Package arrived in good shape from far away.
I purchased this product because in vitro and animal studies suggest it has strong potential for reducing hair graying. Unfortunately, due to logistical issues with international mail delivery to Colombia, I was unable to receive the product. Despite these challenges, Dor from Lutology made every possible effort to ensure delivery, including sending a second package to a PO box in Europe, which was ultimately returned because import tariffs could not be paid. In the end, the vendor promptly reimbursed the full payment and covered all shipping costs. I highly recommend this store for its professionalism, responsibility, and truly outstanding customer service.
