How do I print this wall art?

You have 3 options to print the digital files: 1. Print it instantly at home 2. Take or email the files to your local printer or photo printing shop like Costco or Staples 3. Upload the files to an online printing service like Printful https://www.printful.com/uk/dashboard or Printify https://printify.com

How can I get my artwork files?

You will need a laptop or pc for this.. To access your digital files, go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for your order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

What type of paper should I use for printing?

We recommend using 300gsm cardstock or heavyweight photo paper for your prints (which you can find on eBay and Amazon). Glossy, semi-gloss, satin or matte selections are matters of personal preference, matte will give it a more natural feel, while semi-gloss will be more vibrant and saturated but our recommendation is matte paper. When printing your files, be sure your printer's settings are set to print at "original size" or 100% to ensure proper sizing. In addition, make sure your printer's colour management/colour correction is disabled before printing. Please note that it's normal for colours to differ slightly from what you see on screen. This is due to computer screens being calibrated differently to printers.

What frame can I use ?

Each item has the specification of the file that you will receive. I usually made them on “International File” for print. (A5, A4, A3) size. You can easily find them in IKEA or any street shop. Other items includes 5 different ratio files, so you're able to fit it in any sized frame!

How do I open the .ZIP file?

To open your zip file, simply right click on the file and select extract file, that should open up a new folder with your pdf files.
