Custom and personalized orders

Because each item is made-to-order just for you, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. I will of course replace any items that are faulty. If you have any issues with your order, please contact me as I want to make sure you're happy! While I work hard to ensure product photos are as accurate as possible, please note devices or monitors can cause color to appear different. For this reason, I cannot give refunds for minor color variances.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

Once your order is submitted it is entered into production and changes and cancellations cannot be accommodated - we are sorry, no exceptions. We do our best to turn orders around as quickly as possible and as a result, orders begin production immediately. All Orders Final

I typically do my best to create your custom design in one day, but the printing process takes 2-3 days and I cannot rush that.

Will my order arrive in time?

I do everything on my end to meet (& typically beat) the arrival date options you see at checkout. Be sure that you choose the shipping option that gets your package to you in time. Keep in mind that delays can happen with the shipping carrier and that it is out of my reach. You will be sent a email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Do you provide proofs?

In order to ship as quickly as possible, I do not normally provide proofs. Your item will be exactly as you order it. If you would like to see a proof, please message me and request that. I'll be happy to provide it.
