A replacement or refund is in order when: ▪︎ Your item was damaged up on receival ▪︎ Poor print quality ▪︎ Sizing does not at all matches the sizing chart If any of the above applies, simply send me a message including a picture of your item within 30 days after receival.

When your order is stuck or lost in the mail, you will have the option for either a replacement or refund. Once an order is handed over to the carrier, the processing and shipping process is managed by them and I have no control over their timelines thus neither the possibility to speed up their process.

Because each item is made specially for you, I’m not able to accept returns or exchanges. But don’t worry—if your order arrives damaged or if there’s a mistake with the print, a refund or reprint will be in order. See 'Refunds' for more information.

If you wish to cancel or edit your order, please contact me within 6 hours after you've placed an order. After this time, your order has most likely been taken into production and can no longer be cancelled or edited.

I don’t offer digital files, so my designs should not be available elsewhere. If they are, they've not been obtained legally and will eventually be taken down.

My designs are printed using the 'Direct to Garment' (DTG) method where the ink is printed directly onto the fabric.

If an order is refused or returned to the sender due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal, the order is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund.
