All acrylic charms have protective film, causing it to appear frosty. Once film is peeled, charm should appear clear. Weatherproof stickers are water resistant (I can run it under tap water no problem) but are not 100% waterproof. Recommended for use on waterbottles, notebooks, laptop, etc. Not recommended as outdoor stickers (eg. for your car). Submersion is not recommended.
