When can i receive my package after i order it?

It depends on the quality of your picture. If the picture is clear enough and the size is correct, we can arrange the production immediately. The production time is about 2-3 days. Then shipping time is about 5-6 days. You can receive the parcel in 7 days if it is smoother.

What kind of images do I need to provide?

We recommend images in AI or PDF file format. The image is enlarged to print size to see if it is clear, and the print size is the size you want. If the image is not clear, then the printout will have a lot of mosaic. From a distance it will be fine, but up close it will be blurry. Acceptable if not too demanding.

Can I get another discount?

We are a factory and the price we offer is already the lowest price. You can look at other sellers' prices, they are far higher than ours. But don't worry, our quality is absolutely good.
