All items are custom made for you. Therefore we do not accept returns or do exchanges. If your item is damaged or defective, please message me on Etsy and send photos of the whole item.

All our items are custom printed just for you. Once an order is received it goes into production and we are unable to cancel orders.

Sorry, we are not responsible for items not collected at the post office or the courier office. We are not responsible for missing or lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

My order did not reach me in time for my event. Can I return it or get a refund?
