How long it will be take before I get my ordered items?

Generally We need 2-4 days to make it and dispatch it. The delivery company need 3-5 days to send it to you. If you live in us, delivery time is 8 days. If you live in EU(except germany),delivery time is 8-12days.Of course ,if the delivery is delayed,it will take more time.

The delivery time has passed but i still don't received it ,what should I do?

If the delivery time has passed but you still don't received it. Please send message to me ,I will contact delivery company. If your items lost, I will resend one to you or return you money. If the delivery is delayed, I will give you a discount for your next order as my apology.

If the tracking number shows that the parcel has been signed for, but you have not received the package, How to solve it？

1. Your parcel has been delivered at a safe place ,You should contact delivery company confirm the safe place and look it. 2. You can't find it at your mailbox or safe place , unfortunately your parcel has been stolen by someone, Please don't leave negative feedback first, contact me instead. I will give the the solution that you satisfied.
