When will my order ship?

The time it takes me to make your order will be posted in the announcements section of my shop. Once your order is made, it will ship which is an additional 2-5 business days on average and may fluctuate based on seasonal circumstances. Once a shipping notification has been received, please allow 24-48 hours for item to start tracking. Thank you!

What if tracking says my package was delivered but it was not?

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors and contacting your local United States Postal Service as soon as possible. USPS is able to GPS track the exact delivery location and often recover misdelivered packages. You can also submit a missing mail request here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm Once an order has been marked as delivered, responsibility for the package is transferred to the carrier and recipient. Unfortunately, we are unable to control delivery issues after this point. If USPS is unable to locate the package after an investigation, please reach out and we will be happy to assist further.

If you require an exact color match (for example, to brand-specific or Pantone colors), this is available as an additional service that requires special thread ordering and an additional fee ($10 per color). Please reach out before placing your order if you’d like to include this option.
