MEASURING GUIDE
The below is only a guide. It is highly recommend that whenever possible you get a qualified seamstress to measure your dress size. You'd better get someone else to measure for you because of the inaccuracy of self-measuring. Measure with undergarments is similar to those you will wear with your dress; please keep in mind do not measure over other clothing.
1.Bust - Before measuring, please make sure you have worn a bra.Then measure around the fullest part of your chest with your arms at your side. All dresses will have bra built-in. Note: your bra size is not the same as your bust size.
2.Waist - While standing, measure around your natural waistline, this is the smallest part of the waist, usually about 1 inch above belly button. Keep the tape comfortably loose.
3.Hips - Measure around the fullest part of your bottom. Usually about 7 inches below natural waist

Shipping
We try to ship out all orders within 72 hours (sometimes less or more – it depends of the purchases or weekend and public holidays) after we receive cleared payment notification.
Each item will be sent to the address of your Etsy account. Please make sure it is correct! If you want to receive your purchase to a different address, please add a note upon checkout or contact us at floatelierr@ gmail.com.
We use Priority Registered Mail International® to ship our products. We apply tracking number for every single parcel.
The estimate delivery time is as below:
USA: 7-22 days
EU: 7-14 days
Australia: 18-30 days
For EXPRESS DELIVERY we use TNT Courier and the price depends on the weight of the parcel as well as destination. For every single purchase we create a private listing with the sum of the shipping.
Time of delivery takes 2-5 days to any part of the world.
NOTE that there might be delays due to custom procedures and holidays we are not responsible for!
All applicable duties, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, if they apply!

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not perfectly satisfied with your item we offer you a full refund or exchange within 3 calendar days from the date of receipt.
The item(s) must be unworn, washed and in perfect condition, with all labels attached and in the original packaging.
Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
We will give you full refund after receive the item. The initial shipping cost is not refundable.
