Is there a discount if I order more items?

Yes, discounts for large orders are automatically applied at checkout. Orders of 3 items receive a 35% off discount. Orders of 4+ items receive a 40% off discount.

For t-shirts and sweatshirts, we recommend machine washing inside out on cold. We also recommend air-drying. Do not iron and do not dry clean.

Why is VAT/sales tax added during checkout?

Sales tax is not included in the price of our products, so Etsy is responsible for collecting sales tax and remitting it to the tax authorities in the buyer's country. For example, sales tax in Germany is 19%, so Etsy will charge 19% sales tax for German buyers then remit it to the German tax authorities.

Can I order a shirt in a size that isn't in the size selection?

Yes, tshirts and sweatshirts in the colors white, black, navy, and sport grey are available up to size 5XL. You can place an order for size 2XL and leave an order note specifying the size that you would like instead. Youth/kid sized tshirts and sweatshirts are also available. Just leave an order note saying that you would like a youth sized shirt.

Where do you ship from?

To ensure quick delivery for our customers, we've partnered with print providers around the world. Orders from Europe are printed in and shipped from the EU. Orders from the US, UK, and Australia are shipped from their respective country. Embroidered and Comfort Colors® products, however, are mainly shipped from the US.

What is your return policy?

I accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for orders from the EU only. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee and must return the item in original condition with shipment tracking. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. Please message me and I will provide you the return address. Returns sent back to the address on the package (the production facility) will not be received by me and therefore not refunded. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for orders outside of the EU. However, your satisfaction is of utmost importance. If there are any issues with your order, please reach out to us and we will do what we can to make things right!

What do I do if my item arrives damaged or if it is the wrong product?

In the odd case that there is a print error, defect, stain, or mismatched product, please send us a message with a clear photo of the product immediately. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and if there is any error/defect, we will send you out a replacement immediately FREE OF CHARGE. You can also opt for a FULL REFUND.

How are your products printed?

Our t-shirts, sweatshirts, and tote bags are DTG printed (direct-to-garment). Ink is printed into the fabric. The result is soft and long-lasting. It won't crack and peel like vinyl prints.

I received my order today but some items are missing. Where is the rest of my order?

Orders containing several items may be shipped separately since we use different print partners. We promise that all of your items will arrive. If you are unable to see the tracking for some items, please contact me.

What if my package is lost in transit or stolen?

Please contact me if this issue arises and I will send you a replacement package. In cases where an order is sent back to me because the shipping carrier is unable to deliver it for any reason, the buyer is responsible for paying the reshipment fee. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter a valid delivery address with a contact number.
