📦 What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the ring is in new and unworn condition. A $29.95 processing fee applies to each ring returned. If your ring contains gold, an additional 25% restocking fee based on the original price will be applied. Please note that engraved, custom, and memorial rings are non-returnable. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. If you’re unsure whether your ring qualifies for a return, feel free to message us, we’re happy to help.

🪙 Does my ring come with a warranty?

Yes! Every ring comes with our Lifetime Replacement Guarantee. If your ring ever gets damaged or stops fitting, we’ll make you a new one. No questions asked. This applies to all rings valued up to $500. If your ring originally cost more than $500, you can still request a replacement by covering the difference. A $29.95 shipping and handling fee applies for replacements within the USA. You’re eligible for one replacement or resize every 6 months. Please note: • Custom, memorial, and lost rings are not covered • The original ring must be returned • Engraving fees are not included in the replacement We're here to make sure your ring fits and lasts for life.

Can I use my own materials?

Yes. We can use heirloom gold, ashes, sand, shells, or other sentimental items to create a unique ring.

💎 Do you offer refinishing or repair?

Yes! We offer both repolishing and repair services. If your ring shows signs of wear or has been damaged, we’ll do our best to restore it to its original condition. Just email us with clear photos of your ring and a brief description of the issue, we’ll review it and provide a quote and next steps. We also offer lifetime repolishing to refresh the surface finish of your ring. Please note: • Repolishing removes light wear but won’t fix deep scratches, dents, or cracks • Badly damaged rings may need to be remade, we’ll guide you through that process if needed Repairs typically take 4–6 weeks from the time we receive your ring.

💧 Is the ring waterproof?

Yes! All of our rings are 100% waterproof. Even rings with delicate materials like wood, antler, or mineral inlays are protected with a high-grade resin seal that keeps them safe from water exposure. You can confidently wear your ring in the shower, at the beach, or while washing your hands — every day, worry-free.

📏 Can my ring be resized?

Yes. If your ring ever stops fitting, we can resize it or remake it in your new size. Resizing is free within 30 days if you used our Replica Kit. In this case, we also waive the shipping fee. After 30 days, resizing is available for a flat fee of $29.95 for rings valued up to $500. If your ring originally cost more than $500 and needs to be remade in a new size, you will simply pay the difference in price between the original and the replacement. We can resize most rings up to two sizes larger. For larger adjustments, we will help you request a replacement. Please note that custom, memorial, may not be eligible for resizing.

Many factors affect your size, with width being a major one. This is why the plastic sizers you find on Amazon do not work. Ideally you want to get sized with a band which is the same width of the ring you intend to wear.

Your finger size also changes during the day, so testing how it fits at different times is important to get a sense of what is most comfortable.

Finally the ring fit matters. Standard-fit rings are flat inside and feel tighter. All our rings have a Comfort-fit design with a curved inside. If you plan to wear your ring every day, we recommend choosing Comfort-fit as it is more comfortable to wear, especially with wider bands.

Our Size Kits are made from aluminum to the exact specification of the ring you choose, they match the same width and most importantly the same fit so you can feel which size will fit best for you throughout the day.

The kit comes with three premium ring sizers, one the size you have chosen, one a 1/4 size larger and one a 1/4 size smaller.

How It Works:

1. Print the Size Guide and find the closest size
2. Add 'Kit' under the personalization option. It ships free* within 24 hours. Try the sizers for 1–2 days.
3. Tell us your final size using the included instructions.

Once we get your size, we’ll start making your ring right away.
