Custom and personalized orders

All personalization requests must be left in the personalization box when you check out. It will be the last step before you add your order to the cart. If you want to make a different change to the current design, you can send us a message. We can print photos or add logos. We can add and remove sentences. In short, we can make the changes you want.

My address is wrong and my cargo has been returned to you!

If you left an incorrect address at the time of paying, the order will be sent back to us by USPS. I will contact you when you order arrive at the store and I will send you a link for the re-shipment of your cargo. then your order will be sent to you again. Please make sure that your address is correct. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide us with the correct address. *If your address is incorrect and your USPS label has not been created yet, you can contact me for a change.

Please stick to our size chart. The best help in choosing the right size is the size chart. If it is smaller or larger than you expected, you can send us a message.

Please inside and out before wash, warm machine washing gentle, don’t bleach, don’t iron over the foil.

Returns and Exchanges

We can't accept returns or exchanges because we make personalized designs. Therefore, if you have any questions about the size and color options, you can send us a message before placing an order. If you received a different product than the one you ordered, you can send us a message. We can make up for our mistake to ensure your satisfaction. You can send a message with a photo of the product you received within 2 days.

My cargo has an urgency. How can I speed it up?

If you want to guarantee your required delivery date, we recommend that you check the rush and express shipping options. You can find them after you have added your item/items to your cart and before you pay, so you can decide whether to choose or not. If you create an incorrect order and I can't reach you for the correct information, I'll leave it for 1-2 days to prepare the product. If there is no response from you, I make cancel the product.

• Soft and breathable fabric for everyday comfort
• Smooth and flexible texture that moves with you
• Unisex t-shirts offer a relaxed, straight fit
• Women’s v-neck shirts have a more tailored cut and may feel snugger; we recommend
sizing up if you prefer a looser fit
• Please note: We work with multiple reputable brands depending on the selected color
and our current stock availability. The shirt you receive may vary in brand. If you have a
specific brand request, please contact us before placing your order.
FIT AND SIZING
• Women’s fit gently curves to flatter the silhouette
• Unisex fit is more relaxed and straight
• Sleeves may appear rolled in photos for styling, but they arrive unrolled

We use Direct to Film (DTF) printing for long-lasting, vibrant results
• Light-colored prints are used on dark shirts
• Dark-colored prints are used on light shirts
• Print colors may vary slightly based on the design to ensure the best visibility and
appearance
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
• Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days
• We ship with USPS First Class, Priority, or Express based on your choice at checkout
• Orders placed before 12 PM (noon) are shipped the next business day
• Orders placed after 12 PM are shipped the following business day
• During holidays or peak times, processing may take a bit longer
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
• Turn inside out and wash in cold water on a gentle cycle
• Air drying is recommended to maintain print quality
• If ironing, do so inside out
• Do not use bleach or strong detergents
PLEASE READ
• Shirt designs are exclusive to our shop and created with care
• Items shown in mockup photos as sets are sold individually
• You can find the exact measurements in our size chart. For best fit, we suggest
