How to download my printable files?

Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. Confirmation may take a few minutes. After Etsy processes your payment, you will receive an email with a link to your downloads. You can also access your digital purchases from within your account: 1) Go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. 2) To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. PLEASE NOTE, the Etsy app doesn't currently support downloading your files on phones or tablets and you will need a computer to download your files.

My printer says the resolution is too low...

All files are High Resolution, saved to 300dpi, and created in high quality files. Simply save/download the file to your computer (click on attachment{s} to open, right click, save as). From there you can print to your home computer (small files), upload to an online printing vendor or take into a printing vendor to have printed for you. Please keep in mind that cell phone and iPad providers tend to condense/reduce attachments/files sizes. Save the file to a computer only.

Due to the nature of downloadable files, we do not offer refunds or cancellations of any kind. NOTE: You will receive compressed ZIP folders, simply unzip them to reveal JPEGS inside.
PLEASE NOTE: When downloading Zip files, it is best to use a desktop computer or laptop. Some smartphones and tablets are not able to recognize, open or download Zip folders.

▶ HOW TO DOWNLOAD

After checkout and payment has cleared, you can download your file(s) by going to the “Purchases” section under your account in Etsy. Just click on the download button beside the order and you’ll be able to save the files to your computer and then print.

For guest checkout, you’ll receive an automated email from Etsy with your download links (be sure to check your junk folder).

NOTE: The Etsy app does not support downloading on smartphones or tablets. Instead, please use a computer to download all files and keep the high resolution.

▶ HOW TO PRINT

Download the file, save to your computer and print. You can print at home, at a local or online print center such as Walgreens, Shutterfly, Walmart etc.

NOTE: The final print quality depends on the type of printer and paper used. We recommend using a professional printing service to get the best result.

- Keep in mind that colors can print slightly different than what you see on the screen. The variation depends on the printer and printing technique used.
