Do you ship to the U.S.?

Yes, I ship a selection of items using Canada Post’s recommended process. I report and prepay any duties flagged before shipping, and for items with known duties, those costs are built into the item price. That said, cross-border shipping can come with a few unknowns and occasionally some orders take more time to pass through customs.

Will my order arrive on time?

Etsy’s delivery estimates are usually quite accurate, and I ship everything on time through Canada Post. If you’re outside Canada, your parcel will go through customs and then transfer to your country’s postal system. Timing can vary depending on how busy things are. I don’t have control over delays caused by holidays, backlogs, or postal strikes, but your tracking information will always have the most up-to-date details, so please keep an eye on it as your order travels.

How long do the cyanotype kits last?

The kits are best used within 3–6 months. I hand-coat each sheet when you order, so the paper is fresh when it ships. You’ll get the strongest results if you use it sooner rather than later. To keep everything in good shape, store the sheets in a cool, dark place until you’re ready to print.

Can you make cyanotypes in winter?

Yes, you can absolutely print outdoors in winter. Lower UV levels just mean the exposure takes longer. In Toronto, I usually get good results in about 15–30 minutes on a cloudy day.

I want more than what’s available. Can I order extra kits?

Most likely, yes. I make each cyanotype kit fresh to order, so I keep listed quantities small. If you need more, just send me a message and I can usually open up additional inventory. For watercolour and other paint kits, the quantities shown reflect my current on-hand stock. That said, I can often restock supplies if you need more. I’m also open to larger or wholesale orders.
