2) Enter your optional personalized text under the "Add your personalization" section and proceed to checkout.
3) After the purchase, select "Message Seller" and attach a photo (or multiple photos), or send to <waldorio.info@gmail.com> with your order number
4) After 2-3 business days, you will get your preview/approval, which has unlimited revisions.
5) After approval, we will prepare your portrait for shipping and ship it out.
***Please note that if we do not receive a response for approval, it will be sent as is after 3 days.

- No product will be shipped, a high resolution 300dpi JPG file will be emailed to the email on your Etsy account.

Once your photo has been submitted and work has started, the order cannot be canceled, and no refund will be issued. Failing to understand and/or read the product description and nature of the product DOES NOT warrant a refund.

As this product is made to order, we only accept returns for products damaged upon arrival. Damaged canvases will be replaced upon receiving photo proof of the damage or issue a refund. Please contact us with any issues regarding your order, and we will do our best to help!

No, all of our artwork is created using a Digital Painting process. This provides our customers with the ability to request revisions if needed and allows us to artistically recreate their home with accuracy and precision.

We can work with all styles of photos. We can work with vertical or horizontal oriented images. Just let us know your preference, and we can accommodate your request. We paint a wide range of subjects, including pets, houses, cars, and more. Please use photos where the subject is clear/sharp. If your photo is a bit blurry or low resolution, please message us before purchasing, and we can let you know if we can still make it work.
