We want you to love your dress! If it doesn't meet your expectations, we offer exchanges or returns.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

📌 Unclaimed & Abandoned Packages Policy

Tracking Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for monitoring their shipment. If a package is held at a UPS Access Point, it must be collected within the carrier's timeframe.

No Refunds for Abandoned Items: If a package is marked as "Abandoned" or destroyed by the carrier due to a buyer's failure to collect it, no refunds or replacements will be issued. * Returned Items: If the package is returned to us (Return to Sender):

Original Shipping: Non-refundable.
