Flower 3D Wooden Name Sign SVG: Laser Cut File (Digital Download)

This is a DIY digital laser-cut file. NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT will be shipped to the buyer.

Create a multi-layer, Flower 3D Wooden Name Sign that you can paint or stain. It can be cut out of your material of choice. This is an SVG file (DXF & EPS included) and works with most laser-cutting machines. Includes a 12-inch round. Only the HELLO SUMMER text is provided. You can customize by adding your own word, greeting, or name. PDF directions with photos are included with your download.

The file is also Cricut tested.

This is a vector file, and the size can be changed. CHANGING THE SIZE OF YOUR HELLO SUMMER SIGN/FLOWER 3D WOODEN NAME SIGN. Upload all the pieces into your laser cutting software. Select all files before you increase the size. This will keep the sign and all the pieces proportionate while resizing.

THIS IS AN INTRICATE CUT PROJECT. Make sure your laser machine can handle this kind of project, and you have a sharp blade on your cutting machine. This sign was designed for approximately. 11.5 inches or larger. Decreasing the size will make the elements very delicate and likely too small to work with.

I used MDF or tempered hardboard on the intricate cuts. The hardboard does not splinter or crack as plywood sheets can. But use whatever you are comfortable and familiar with.

**Please note that once the file is in your laser cutting software, you must manually change the settings to tell your laser cutter to cut/score. [Red = Cut; Black = Engrave; Blue = Score]

Files are created in Adobe Illustrator. Make sure your laser cutting software, like LightBurn, is set to import files at 72 dpi. This will ensure your files import the correct size. Go to LightBurn > preferences > file settings > then click 72 dpi - Illustrator.

Score lines are available to help with painting. The use of a fine/medium paintbrush or paint markers is encouraged.

The finished sign shown is cut from 6mm birch plywood, 3mm birchwood & 3mm tempered hardboard. Size is approximately 11.6 X 11.6”. Please note that we use the xTool P2S to test and cut each file. We are not familiar with other software/hardware, but we will be more than happy to help with general design questions. Cutting times & specifications vary from machine to machine. Please check your machine’s specifications.
