Is the delivery date guaranteed?

There is no guarantee, only an estimate, as the USPS may experience delays. Shipping is within the US only.

What should I do if I provided the wrong address for the gift recipient after I checkout?

Your order may be cancelled. However, you can re-order as soon as you have the correct address. If the address is not verified by USPS I'll send you a message to discuss. If there is another reason for the wrong address, please message me to discuss.

In The Summer Can I Substitute Chocolate For Another Item?

Yes. Send a message to inquire about it. You'll get a quick reply as to what the chocolate will be replaced with. It usually depends on what will fit in the gift box with the rest of the items, but cookies, candy or biscotti are a good non-melting substitution. The item or items will be of equal or greater value. Note, there are some gift boxes that say within the description what the replacement is.

Please take a moment to read my shop policy before making a purchase. If there is damage to the product due to shipping a VIDEO is required within one business day of receipt. A photo is not accepted. If you have any other issues at all, please message me. I reply quickly.

What If An Item Is Unavailable?

If a product is temporarily out of stock it will be replaced with the same type of item. Simply send a message before ordering if you have a question.

What if I make an error in my gift message to the recipient and notice it after ordering?

No worries, simply send a message with the correction within 1 hour, and I will correct the message. If it's a candle order, the message has to be received before production starts within 1 hour, at which point after that it will be too late to revise or add one.

What if the package says delivered but it was not received.

Unfortunately, once the package is marked by the carrier as delivered, I am unable to intervene with the mail carrier. I'm happy to provide you with the tracking number and you can contact USPS. They might be able to provide more details. Check with neighbors and secure places where the package may have been left.

What happens if I forget to add my name in the gift message?

The recipient may think the gift is from Sugar Taffy. You can message me within 2 hours after order with your name to add to the card. I will message you to discuss if I have not heard from you.
