What happens if my item doesn't work or it is damaged?

My personalized order shows as delivered but I didn't receive it?

Every personalized order includes shipping insurance. If your order is marked as delivered but you never received it, we can submit a loss claim. These claims usually take a few weeks, and once approved, we can provide a refund.
