What colors do I have to choose from?

Right now we're offering what's shown on our color chart that's included in the pictures section of each listing. If none of those work then unpainted comes sanded and ready to be finished at home. Please reach out if you have any questions!

What if my sign arrives broken?

We wrap and package our products as carefully as possible to ensure that they aren't broken when shipped. Unfortunately, it still happens sometimes. If your sign arrives broken please contact us within 24 with pictures of the broken sign, the box from different angles showing any damage, shipping materials, and the shipping label. You MUST hold on to all materials for inspection. I'm really sorry about this inconvenience. We will get the new sign going if we receive the above within 24 hours. We do our best to get it out as soon as we possibly can with the current workload. If you request a refund it will NOT be processed until the insurance claim on the sign has been approved via the shipping carrier.

Word cutouts do NOT come with hanging hardware, please read the description of the item you're ordering for information on how we personally hang our cutouts.

Please remember that all woodgrain is different and stains may appear lighter or darker. We do our absolute best to reflect this in our photos but wood will absorb stain differently each time and may be darker or lighter each time. The frame is made of pine and the trees out of maple ply, they'll never ever be exactly the same tone no matter the stain color.

All of our pieces are handmade and both the frame and the sign itself are wood. Due to the character of wood, sometimes small knots or natural imperfections are present. We strive to pick out the best pieces of wood but feel that slight imperfections add to the character of our handmade signs.

These are made to order.
