The shipping time is significantly longer than advertised as it is shipping from China. The shop was responsive and provided a return shipping label once the necklace arrived (Could not refund/cancel as it had already shipped from China). When the necklace arrived it looked exactly as pictured.

For shipping, in stock items go out from Brooklyn, while custom pieces ship directly from our partner studio in China so they arrive faster at no extra cost.
