✦ My package is missing or damaged.

Please double check that you entered your address correctly including both your name and any relevant unit number - unfortunately I am not liable for lost packages due to incorrectly entered addresses! I am not liable for packages lost/stolen/misdelivered/damaged after they are delivered to a courier. Damage caused by shipping is not my responsibility. Unfortunately, once I have handed the package off to the courier, it is out of my hands—I recommend contacting your courier to report any missing/damaged packages. For packages shipped via USPS, you may reference their Missing Mail guidance page.

✦ Is your packaging eco-friendly?

I try my best to not create too much waste, so packages will typically not include fancy packaging that is not necessary to ensure a safe delivery - unless you purchase the gift wrap add-on. However, while not guaranteed, I occasionally include an additional small random freebie or candy while supplies last. :) If you do not want any freebies, please leave a note on your order! Also, sometimes I will reuse packing materials that are still in good condition, like bubble wrap, for your order ^_^

✦ I have a problem with my order!

If you have any issues such as receiving the wrong item, contact me before leaving a review. Let's work together to find a solution. Read the full FAQ & item description before placing any order and before messaging me. Please also note that I do have cats - while I try to avoid any contamination, there is a nonzero chance of cat fur in your package - I apologize in advance! Unfortunately due to weighted rating culture, any reviews below 5 stars have a significant negative impact on Etsy shop reputations. Please be mindful of this before leaving a review. My shop is small and each rating means a lot. Thank you so much for your time and support!!

✦ Are your stickers/sticker sheets water resistant?

Yes! All of my stickers & sticker sheets are at least water resistant. All of my vinyl stickers are waterproof, dishwasher-safe, UV-protected, and made of scratch resistant material (Perfect for decorating your water bottle, laptop, bicycle, car, cellphone, 3DS, headphones — you name it!), and most of my sticker sheets are too. Please see individual listings for specific details.

✦ Why does my brand new keychain/coaster have scratches on it?

Most acrylic products come with a thin plastic film on non-epoxy sides to protect the design from scratches during transit. It should relatively easy to peel off using your fingernail!

✦ What is your return/exchange/cancellation policy?

Unfortunately all sales are final. Please be mindful of this as you place your order, and double-check the item descriptions to make sure you know what you're ordering! Please also be aware that there may be color differences between what you see on your monitor versus the product in-person, as well as natural component differences as a result of the production process especially in jewelry. Thank you for your understanding.

✦ What are the different earring backings available?

I am happy to convert any earrings to clip-ons for no additional fee! The clip-on type I use is screwback. For those with more sensitive ears, I recommend selecting the gold-filled or sterling silver option. Note that this will only apply to the earring backing itself, and other components may still use plated metals. Please still exercise caution and consult your doctor before wearing the jewelry, as some people with metal allergies may still react to these metals.

✦ What is a "b-grade"? What is the grading policy?

Due to the manufacturing process of some items, inconsistencies in output quality may occur. Thus, product grades indicate the condition of each item should such inconsistencies occur. They are still functional, but may exhibit minor to major cosmetic flaws. Please note that while grading is subjective, the following policy is what is followed. Given examples are not all-inclusive. A-grade: best of the batch! sometimes may still have very minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g. minor misalignments, tiny scratches), but usually will not. B-grade: may have moderate cosmetic imperfections — e.g. moderate misalignments, multiple areas of scratched foil C-grade: may have major cosmetic imperfections — e.g. major extraneous foil

✦ Why is international shipping so expensive?

✈️ As of February 2025, I have switched to using fixed shipping rates instead of Etsy-calculated shipping rates, so the shipping you see calculated is much, much cheaper than before!! ✈️ YIPPEE!
