UK Standard Delivery (TRACKED) - £4.00 Dispatches In 1-3 Working Days. Use this delivery method if you just want our basic delivery service. This delivery option is tracked and uses Royal Mail Tracked 48. UK Express Delivery (TRACKED) - £12.00 Dispatches In 1 Working Day Use this delivery method if you need your order in a hurry. We'll prioritize your order and dispatch it within one working day, to then be received by you the following working day after dispatch. This delivery option uses Royal Mail Tracked 24. Working Days Are Monday - Friday. Any Orders placed on Fridays And Weekends, after 11am on Thursdays or Mon-Wed after 4pm may arrive 1 working day later. Live outside of the UK? What International Delivery Options Do You Offer?

International Delivery (TRACKED) - £15.50 USA Tracked Delivery (TRACKED) - £16.50 Dispatches In 1-3 Working Days Use this delivery method if you need tracking info and would like to follow your order on its journey. It's a little faster too! This delivery option uses Royal Mail International Tracked. International Standard Delivery (UNTRACKED) - £8.50 USA Standard Delivery (UNTRACKED) - £9.50 This method of delivery is UN-TRACKED to keep international shipping costs low. If you would like a tracking number to follow your order on its journey please, upgrade to International tracked or USA tracked. This delivery option uses Royal Mail International Standard. *All USA customers are to include their phone number in the order notes.

I'm from the USA, how much will I pay for the tariff charges from the UK?

You will pay 0 tariff charges when ordering from our shop as we pay these for you! All USA custom fees are covered with any of our USA shipping options.

How Do I Look After My Jewellery?

With our normal jewellery, we suggest you wipe your jewellery down with a dry cloth after every wear. We also suggest they're kept dry away from water, perfumes etc. Our top tip is to store your earrings in a plastic bag which is tied shut after being wiped down to make sure your earrings last and last! We would give the same advice to look after all your jewellery from us! We do sell alot of premium metal jewellery pieces (our full gold plated and stainless steel pieces) which don't need as much care to look after and don't have to be kept away from water. However, we always suggest the same care technique for all your jewellery. If your premium pieces have jewels on, please keep away from water so the adhesive does not loosen over time.

I Selected Standard International Shipping And My Order Is Late What Should I Do?

Our Standard International Shipping is UN-TRACKED to keep international shipping costs low. The tracking number you have been provided with is your parcels barcode number. When this number is put into Royal Mail's official website a message will come up saying 'tracking is unavailable for this service'. This just means the shipping service is UN-TRACKED, but your order is still on it's way to you. We do not have any extra tracking information for orders sent with our lowest cost international shipping. Please allow 25 working days from your orders estimated delivery date before contacting us for late delivery's (orders normal turn up much before this time), as Royal Mails claim rules only allow us to claim for loss after this time.

I Did NOT Select Standard International Shipping But My Order Is Late, What Should I do?

If you purchased our TRACKED international shipping upgrade please check your tracking number on Royal Mails website for tracking updates. If you purchased any of our UK shipping services please check your tracking number on Royal Mails website for tracking updates. Please allow 10 working days from your orders estimated delivery date before contacting us for late UK delivery's and 25 working days for late international delivery's (orders normal turn up much before this time), as Royal Mails claim rules only allow us to claim for loss after those times.

What Is Your Returns Policy?

I gladly accept returns and exchanges to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. Returns - Contact me within 7 days of delivery - Dispatch items back within 5 days of return being authorised. - Items returned MUST be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached. - Please message me and I’ll help arrange this Exchanges - To exchange an item you must place a new order for the item you want to exchange for then arrange a return with us. - Please message me and I’ll help arrange this Non-returnable items - Custom or personalised orders - Earrings and all piercing jewellery for hygiene reasons.

Is There Anything Else I Need To Know About Returns?

Refunds - Refunds are issued within 1–5 working days after I receive the returned item - Original shipping costs are non-refundable - Exchanges - The customer places a new order and the item they want instead is sent out. This saves customers missing out on items they want, in case they sell out. Buyer sends back original item for a refund. Return postage - Buyers are responsible for all return postage costs. All items must be returned using a tracked shipping method. If you are sending a return from outside of the UK, any custom fees or charges associated with your return will be deducted from your refund. If you need to return or exchange an item please contact me to arrange this.

All US Custom Fees are covered by EM Jewels Studio, but what happens when I return my item?

We cover all applicable US customs duties and import fees on behalf of our US customers at the time of delivery. If you choose to return your order, please note that customs duties, import fees, tariffs, and other non-refundable charges paid by EM Jewels Studio to facilitate delivery cannot be recovered by us. As a result, these costs will be deducted from your refund amount. The exact deduction will reflect the actual customs and import charges incurred on your order.
