Should you run into a problem due to breakage through shipping, please save all packing materials and contact me as soon as possible. I will contact the shipping agent to obtain a reimbursement for the damaged item. If you are concerned that your package may be lost in transit please check the status using your tracking number. After 14 days I can able to open a claim with the carrier. Please keep in mind that it may take 1-2 weeks to process your refund. Please double check the address that you have listed with Etsy. I cannot be responsible for a lost package that was shipped to an incorrect address on the customer's end. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let me know so that we can rectify the situation.
