🎨 CUSTOM-DESIGN GUIDELINES

The custom-design upgrade lets you change the colors of an existing design or request a completely new party theme.

You may upload an invitation, color palette, or inspiration image to help communicate your desired colors and overall aesthetic. Inspiration images are for reference only.

We do not reproduce protected characters, brand names, logos, or another artist’s exact work. We will create your banner as an original Mia & Jon Co. design using coordinating, non-branded colors and decorative elements.

PROOFS AND DESIGN CHANGES

A proof is available upon request. Please respond promptly, as delayed approval may affect your processing schedule.

Once you approve a proof or production begins, further changes may require an additional fee and could extend processing time.

🎨 COLOR AND MATERIAL VARIATIONS

Colors may appear different depending on screen settings, lighting, and material texture. Slight variations between the listing photos and the finished product are normal.

If a material becomes unavailable, we may substitute the closest coordinating shade while preserving the overall appearance of the selected design.

✨ CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

Each banner is handmade to order. Personalized and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Submit cancellation requests before production begins. Once materials are prepared, a design is created, or production begins, cancellations may no longer be available.
